Also job will not came immediately after finishing course (probably yes but count with that, it will take some time). After all, I think we are more prepared than guys from other courses ( I know some guys from other curses, and they write to me when they need help with some codes, also in this course you learn lot of good practices and these stuff. So shortly, if you have money for it, time for it and you are clever enough to go in this IT world this course is the right choice. But if you don't have some savings, don't want to spend maybe 12h/day studying and finding solutions than you probably have to stay where you are and get more prepare.

Support with getting the job and the whole process is also worth mentioning. GFA was an excellent partner in changing my career and my life. I've attended full-time for 4,5 months. I started to "learn" few weeks before the course started. I was trying to find a complex course that would teach me enough knowledge to become a junior developer and help me get a job in IT. Both of my conditions were fulfilled. This course is well structured, I have learned: - basics of object oriented programming... Read More - how to make a small web application in Java using spring boot and thymeleaf - how to figure out my own solutions and work more independently - working with git and github - how to work in a small team - develop larger strategy game in C# during the project phase (back end) - how to give constructive feedback - how to prepare for the interview I met new people and everyone was very nice. Even though it was a fast and hard journey, if you are willing to put enough effort to study and prepare continuously, it will pay off and it can really make a change in your career. Thanks to this course I am now working for Accenture as a Junior software developer. I really recommend this course and if you have the time, take the full-time course over the weekend one. I personally started the weekend one and after a month I quit my job and switched to the full-time so in my experience it was better when I could focus only on the course and you can start your IT career in half the time. :)

I saw reviews being not happy about not-experienced mentors. My point of view: it makes no sense to employ expert programmer in the first part of the course to teach you what an array is, how if else works etc. A fresh graduate from the course will teach you the basics just fine. In the beginning of the course it may feel different to you. But at the end you will share my view. Bottom line is - in my case - once the course got more complex my mentor was a real expert having a very deep knowledge and he was willing to help everyone asking for help. And most importantly he would help just enough so that it would be you who cracks the problem. Sometimes this caused a lot of frustration over not being able to crack it. But sometimes trying is also the goal in the learning process. Curicculum is relevant and the technology I studied is used in my job as dev. Would I do the course again? Sure because it worked for me!
